Behavioral weight loss program

Study Type
Weight loss treatment
Study Purpose
To investigate the impact of different types of self-monitoring tools and interventionist contact on weight loss.
Study Design
This is a 6-month long intervention. If you are eligible and take part in this study we will provide you with the tools that you need to track your eating and exercise habits. During the program, we will ask you to track what you eat and drink, your physical activity, and your body weight each day. If you choose to participate, we will ask you to come to our research center in Providence periodically to complete questionnaires and study measures.
Study Requirements
To be eligible for this study you must be overweight, between 18 and 70 years of age, and have access to a computer and WIFI at home.. For additional information on eligibility requirements, please call us at 401-793-8459.
